Upgrading Your GetFeedback Account

Options for selecting a GetFeedback account

There are four options for selecting a GetFeedback account:

Free Plan: 
Which includes Unlimited Surveys, Up to 10 Responses/Month and Online Support

Personal Plan: 
Which includes Unlimited Surveys, Up to 100 Responses/Month and Online Support

Professional Plan: 
Which includes Unlimited Surveys, Up to 1,000 Responses/Month and Online/Email Support

Enterprise Plan: 
Which includes Unlimited Surveys, Up to 10,000 Responses/Month, Priority Online & Email Support, and complete brand control for survey whitelabeling and custom URLs

Getfeedback for Salesforce 

Plans range from 10,0000 to unlimited responses per month, Priority Online/Email/Phone Support, and complete brand control for survey whitelabeling, custom URLs, Salesforce ready forms, and Salesforce integration. Contact our sales team for more information.


Upgrading Your GetFeedback account

If you are currently on the Free Plan, Personal, Professional, or Enterprise plans the upgrade process is simple and painless.  Simply select the "Upgrade" button in the upper right corner of the application, select the plan that is right for you, and walk through the 3 step payment process to confirm your order

If you would like to upgrade to our Getfeedback for Salesforce plan please email our sales team to get started at sales@getfeedback.com


When upgrading from an existing plan to a new plan, your account will reset with your new plan selection immediately and you will be able to access any new features and capabilities immediately.  It is important to note that your account will auto renew on the anniversary date based on the term selected (monthly or annual).  You can find more information on plan renewals in the Account Settings area of the application.
