GetFeedback for Salesforce - Product Overview

An Overview of GetFeedback for Salesforce

GetFeedback for Salesforce delivers an integrated application experience whereby companies can use GetFeedback to create visually engaging, branded, mobile-ready customer surveys with ease and then associate the survey responses with data in Salesforce.  Examples include:

  • Sending a customer satisfaction survey upon closing a case
  • Sending a customer survey after someone has purchased from you
  • Sending a customer survey after someone attends an event with your company
  • Sending a customer survey asking for feedback on a new product or service

If you have a few minutes, we'd recommend that you watch this brief overview video of GetFeedback for Salesforce.  In under 20 minutes we cover all of the basics of designing visually engaging, mobile-ready surveys that can be triggered from Salesforce, and then save survey response data right into Salesforce Contacts, Accounts, Cases, or any other Salesforce record. Here's how it works:

We've designed GetFeedback for Salesforce to be extremely flexible.  One of the things we've learned having worked at for nearly a decade is that no two Salesforce configurations are exactly alike.  In fact, your company has surely changed the labels of standard Salesforce records, created custom fields, or even altered the data model of Salesforce by creating your won record types, or custom objects.  Rest assured, GetFeedback will work with all of your customizations, right out of the box.

Now that you've had a brief overview of GetFeedback for Salesforce, we'd recommend you try to set up a simple configuration for yourself, in your own Salesforce Org.  Once you get a few of the basics down (such as triggering emails, merge fields, and custom object/field settings) you'll be a pro in no time.  You can get started and test things out by signing up for the FREE version of GetFeedback at

Once you create an account, please connect GetFeedback to your Salesforce account by navigating to Accounts Settings > Salesforce and entering in your Salesforce production or sandbox account credentials as shown in the video above.  From here you can follow the 4-Step configuration guide to set up GetFeedback for Salesforce to meet your specific needs.
