Reaching Your Response Limit

Depending on which plan you have signed up for, you'll have a limit on the number of responses that you can receive per month. You can see your limit when signing up for your plan, on our pricing page.
 

Not to fear! We will send you a warning, before (and after) you have reached your response limit. If you do hit this response limit, your account will still stay active, but you'll be asked to then upgrade your account. We'll continue to collect and store these responses, and they'll be shown to you once the account has been upgraded.

Note: You cannot just wait until the next month for the responses to 'roll over' you will need to upgrade your account, in order to see all of your collected responses.
 

What if I upgrade, can I see the hidden responses for past months?
 

Yes, we will retroactively upgrade your account. For example, if you were on the free plan in September and October and locked away responses, then in November you upgraded to our Enterprise Plan which includes 10,000 responses a month, we’ll retroactively apply that limit towards September and October responses so you can see them.

 

I need more than 10,000 responses a month, now what?
 

If you are in need of more responses per month than our GetFeedback for Salesforce or Enterprise plans provide, we can certainly come up with a custom quote for you, and accommodate for this.
