In some instances, you’ll want to send your survey responders to different ‘thank you’ or exit pages depending on their answers to your survey. This will be the page they see after they press the ‘submit’ button, and can be a great way to thank a customer, or offer them a gift after taking your survey. By using the logic functionality within GetFeedback, it’s easy to add this to any survey, and we’ll walk you through it here.

The first thing you’ll want to do is become familiar with using logic in your surveys. Logic is a great tool to help guide the path your survey responders take as they answer questions. For example, if they give you a negative NPS score, you can use logic to ask them to explain more about their answer while letting other survey responders continue on to another question. To get familiar with logic, you’ll want to start with our help documentation on the basics.
Now that you’ve become familiar with the basics of how logic works, you’re ready to add multiple exit pages for your survey.
Login to your account and click on the survey you’d like to edit. From here, scroll to the bottom of the survey builder on the left-hand side of your screen, and add your exit pages.
Once all of the exit pages you think you’ll need have been added, you’re ready to add the logic that will get your survey responders to the right page.
Open up the logic editor by clicking on the branch icon on the left side of your screen, this will open up the logic editor.
You can then navigate to the question you’d like to add the logic rule to, either before or after the question is asked.
